The Yoga House
The Yoga House has been sharing a love of yoga in central Tunbridge Wells for nearly 2 years now. It sits in a secluded spot overlooking beautiful woodland and inspires a sense of peace and wellbeing every time you enter the space. The idea was to create a space that allows the outside to come inside so that you can practice yoga in an inspirational setting.
The studio setting and environment
The Yoga House has grown over the last year and we now have a collective of 6 talented teachers bringing their different skills and specialities. There are a variety of classes from Vinyasa Flow to pregnancy yoga, Meditation and Relaxation to Hatha and more.
The ethos of the studio is to offer clients whatever they desire to achieve from their yoga practice – whether it is on a physical level to create more body awareness or to become stronger or on a more psychological level to destress and be able to cultivate a sense of calm.
Community and Teacher
Each visitor to The Yoga House is a unique individual and we want to make sure their needs are met. We go above and beyond to make sure this happens. We are able to do this because classes are small and we can pay more attention to each individual to make sure they are comfortable, aligned and most importantly enjoying their practice. Also, at The Yoga House, we see yoga as more than an ‘exercise class’. It is a holistic practice and should cater for the whole person.
