Summer Smoothie Recipe ideas

You are preparing for the Summer…

the sun, the longer days and the sweet smell of everything in full bloom.

This month I am offering you a gorgeous recipe which is a great alternative to Summer punches for those of you who are looking to keep the sugar intake low. I came up with this recipe whilst chatting away to my Dad about how good life is and I think this must have been the secret ingredient!

SUMMER SOUL SMOOTHIE

Be warned this smoothie is SUPER yummy!

Serves 2

What you need:

1/2 stick of celery

2 small broccoli heads

a dollop of greek yogurt

a handful of blueberries and mango

250ml of coconut drink I love the one from Rudehealth

1 x banana

1/2 lemon juice freshly squeezed

1/2 teaspoon  Moringa superfood

1/2 teaspoon honey

sprinkle of coconut shavings for decoration (optional)
