The fourth chakra helps you balance out your who body. In Chinese medicine, green vegetables are impartial, not yin or yang. This means that they maintain your equilibrium, which is important for the health of your heart chakra. The color connected to the heart chakra is green so make sure to add plenty of green vegetables to your heart chakra juice blend.
Have you ever noticed when you’re feeling hurt that you physically protect your chest area? Your shoulders slump forward. When you do an alternate pose that brings the heart forth, you open the heart energy center. Poses in yoga that position the heart higher than the head sends a message in the brain to allow the heart to lead. Cat/cow pose is a good example of this.
Fruits like Anjou pear will add sweetness but make sure you add plenty of green vegetables. Kale, spinach, broccoli, and cucumber will make a vibrant, healthy juice with your heart in mind.
