Yoga Juice Recipe

As the Summer is on its way here is a little inspiration for a juice recipe to wake up your digestive system and kick start your day

Cool Ginger Juice

Serves 4

Take 4 apples

one small cucumber

1/4 lemon

5-7cm of ginger depending on how zingy you want it!

Then pop it all into your juicer and serve in a little shot glass as part of your yummy yoga girl morning ritual.
