Standard Delivery
Standard UK Delivery Is Free When You Spend Over £50 or £5.95 for orders under £50.
UK standard delivery orders are sent using Royal Mail. Once your parcel has been sent (usually within 2 working days of placing your order) you will receive a confirmation email. Your parcel will be with you within 2-3 business working days.
Overseas Delivery
Overseas Delivery Is £16 Within The EU or free on orders over £80
And £19.99 For ROW or Free when on orders over £110
Orders for delivery outside the UK are sent using the courier signed and tracked service and will arrive within 7-14 working days in Europe and up to 3 weeks for the RoW. We can trace your parcel until it reaches the destination sorting office, where it will be passed on to local mail carriers.

We are a boutique clothing range and take pride in our services. If however, you are unhappy with your item then please contact us directly to see if we can resolve any issues you may have.
If you still require a refund you are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of receipt of your order.
Refunds will be credited to the original card that was used for purchase. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible once we ahem received your item back, in any event, within 30 days following the day we receive your returned product.

1) Introduction
Hello welcome to yummyyogagirl.com, our on-line shop. It is important to us here at Yummy Yoga Girl that that your information is safe and protected when shopping and you understand your rights and our commitment to you. Please read these terms carefully as you will be bound by them once you place your order with us. 3) The ordering process
When you place an order on our web-site to purchase an order, you will receive a message from us to confirm your order and a request to pay for the product. Once the purchase item or items have been despatched, you will receive an email from us regarding the despatch and at this point the contract of sale and purchase between us will come into affect.
If there is an issue with the order, such as an item being out of stock and we are unable to make a delivery in a reasonable timeframe, then we will of course inform you and your can decide on your preferred course of action, such as a receiving a refund, alternative product or await for a replacement.
For clarification, the order process is outlined below:
- Step 1: Add the item you wish to purchase to the shopping basket
- Step 2: Proceed to checkout
- Step 3: If you are an existing customer, you must enter your login details or sign up as a new customer
- Step 4: Once you are logged in, you must select your preferred method of delivery and confirm your order and your consent to the terms of this document
- Step 5: You will be transferred to our payment provider’s ‘Worldpay’ website, who will handle your payment; we will then send you an initial acknowledgement; and once we have checked whether we are able to meet your order, we will either send you an order confirmation (at which point your order will become a binding contract) or we will confirm by email that we are unable to meet your order
4) Our Yummy Products
Our products include active wear and from time to time, we will include other yummy products that we think may be of interest to our customers. We will regularly make changes to our on-line shop and may not always continue to supply a particular item.
We will try and reflect an accurate image of the products on our web-site but they may not always show the exact colours or sizes. This of course does not affect your consumer rights, if you are unhappy with an item and wish to return it.
5) Prices

We will from time to time change the prices quoted on our website, but this will not affect contracts that have previously come into force.
All amounts stated on our website are inclusive of VAT.
It is possible that prices on the website could on occasion, be incorrectly quoted; accordingly, we will verify prices as part of our sale procedures so that the correct price will be notified to you before the contract comes into force.
In addition to the price of the products, you may have to pay a delivery charge, which will be notified to you before the contract of sale comes into force.
6) Payments
You must, during the checkout process, pay the prices of the products you order and Payments may be made by debit card, credit card or Paypal.
If for whatever reason you are unable to pay to us any amount due under these terms and conditions, then we may withhold the products ordered and/or by written notice to you and at any time cancel the contract of sale for the products.
If you make an unjustified credit card, debit card or other charge-back then you will be liable to pay us, within 7 days following the date of our written request:
(a) an amount equal to the amount of the charge-back;
(b) all third party expenses incurred by us in relation to the charge-back (including charges made by our or your bank or payment processor or card issuer);
(c) all our reasonable costs, losses and expenses incurred in recovering the amounts referred to in this Section 6 (including without limitation legal fees and debt collection fees),
and for the avoidance of doubt, if you fail to recognise or fail to remember the source of an entry on your card statement or other financial statement, and make a charge-back as a result, this will constitute an unjustified charge-back for the purposes of this Section 6.
7) Deliveries
Our policies and procedures relating to the delivery of products are set out in our delivery policy document.
We will arrange for the products you purchase to be delivered to the delivery address you specify during the checkout process.
We are unable to to accept any responsibility for custom delays, duties or taxes that apply in countries outside the UK
8) Acceptance of goods and returns
We want all of our customers to be absolutely happy with their purchases. However, if this is not the case and you wish to return an item, then please let us know as soon as possible, within 30 days of purchase.
Please ensure you have proof of postage when returning an item as we cannot be responsible for packages that do not arrive back to us.
Please check your order as you will be responsible for inspecting the goods for any damage or fault. Should the product not be of acceptable quality then please notify us as soon as possible.
9) Termination of contract
You can end your contact with us at any time and your right will depend on what and when you have purchased an item and the condition of the item for returning.
You are able to return an item, by exercising the right to change your mind under The Consumer Contracts regulation, within 30 days.
