About Natalie

Biography 

Creative Entrepreneur, Vocal Coach, Wellbeing Advocate, and Founder of YummyYogaGirl.com 

No stranger to the barriers many people face when changing lifestyle habits, Natalie draws on her own experiences of successfully overcoming an eating disorder in her late teens and early twenties, to now taking the positive steps needed to fulfil all of the possibilities life offers. 

Natalie’s first career as a vocal coach began in 2005 after graduating from The Royal Northern College of Music, starting her career teaching at Hilden Grange preparatory school, then Sevenoaks school, Blackheath conservative and for Recall Theatre School and Theatre Train. 

Natalie’s true passion for people and building confidence lead her to develop her skills studying under the tutelage of Howard Milner from 2008-10 and qualifying in 2012 in Level 2 Estill technique. In 2013 Natalie opened her own vocal school The Voice Experience coaching talented children and young adults for auditions along with people of all ages transforming their beliefs about their voice and offering them a freer more natural approach to confident vocalisation in an effortless and effective way. 

Her theatre credits for pupils success include Sam Mende’s production of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory along with the original Westend sound track, Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Love Never Dies, Oliver, Les Miserables, and most recently a cast recording for Oliver. Many pupils too have gained places at prestigious colleges and moved into the industry and continue to return to Natalie for audition coaching and wellbeing coaching. 

In 2015 Natalie wanted to evolve and trained as a yoga teacher in  California at The White Lotus foundation under one of the world’s leading yoga teachers. In 2016 leading the way further towards change Natalie qualified as a Wellbeing Coach and NLP Practitioner and master hypnotherapist with Melody and Joe Cheal of GWiz NLP, and focused her energies into building a business which is true and authentic, with a heart-centred approach at its core.

In 2017 YummyYogaGirl.com was born, an online wellbeing shop offering people the chance to transform their lives and live life to its full potential. The website offers yoga lessons, NLP coaching and wellbeing coaching and most recently her own line of online boutique active wear and lifestyle accessories inspired by her passion for slow fashion and sustainable shopping. 

In January 2018 Natalie launched a 21 day online wellness coaching programme which is available for download from the website. 

Natalie is a public speaker, speaking on NLP, wellbeing and hypnotherapy and her own business journey, inspiring others to find and follow their true calling, encouraging them to combine a business with their passion.
